Moi' de Naive' de Angelus

It doesn't really mean much, but I grew bored of doing my assignments,
so I photoshopped Jing Ting's pics just for the fun of it.

I'm not so much of a pro with Photoshop, but it'll have to do for now.

Tell me which one looks better, yeah?

Groan

Ugh...

Today was relatively...okay, at best.

I got to hang out a bit more with a certain someone,
but came under unnecessary fire from the rest of my group.

I wonder why is it that rumors spread so Goddamn fast....

I once again became the target of so many teases and whispered jokes amongst them,
and honestly?

I hate it.

Even if it was the presumption of something going on between me and her,
I hate it.

Let me work things out with her myself, alright?

The least I need is you telling every single Tom, Dick and Harry about my
personal business!

I honestly don't need anymore drama, alright?

I have enough on my plate as it is.

Feelings

Pissed off.

I
Am
F***ing pissed off.

Why?

Because I'm studying at TOA.

Now before you jump to some freaking conclusion,
I'm not cursing my luck at studying there.

I'm being really stressed out because it's too good of a college.

I have tons of assignments.

My allowance of RM100 a week is barely enough to pay for things like
food, toll, and parking.
Not to mention the effing art materials we have to impromptu-ly buy every now and then.

So I forgot to bring my cutting pad.
You ask me so casually to buy a new one,
with such a effing sarcastic tone at that. And it costs RM13??

Parking, hmph, now that's another issue altogether.
I have to either get a season pass or just pay up in coins every single day.
What am I, a walking bank?
It's so hard to find coins to pay rm4 everyday, dammit!

Ugh..I've got so much on my plate right now that I just wish I could just blow it all away with an unnecessary use of US Military-grade explosives.

And I think I'm fighting a losing battle to impress a certain someone new.

Nai've de angelus.

.
I'm always last.
I'm tired of being last...
It's not fair...

Wonders

It keeps me going.

How things would feel like if I had things differently, I think.

Still, I couldn't help but wonder if it would've made much of a difference.

Irony.

Bah.

Hatred

Ling made a comment sometime back about
how odd it seemed to hate someone
that you were biologically programmed to love.

Call me odd then.

She can be so stubborn to deal with.
I mean, it's not even bearable anymore.

Sometimes I even wondered why he even picked her, of all people...

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate her for who she is,
but sometimes she makes me so angry
that I just want to tell her to shut the fuck up.

Yeah, you heard me right.

I just don't know sometimes lar...

The closest person I know who'd do something like this is either Trish or Ling,
but I know that they wouldn't.

Why?

Because I know that they'll make good mothers one day.

Wondrous Times

I really can't understand international companies sometimes.

Law Wai Kar showed me something absolutely ridiculous today
that had to do with Microsoft.

Yes, you heard me right.

Microsoft.

Link.

Be warned. It's actually quite obscene in terms of language, surprisingly.

Revelations

College has been one heck of a roller coaster.

Partly because I seem to realize that my world is getting smaller and smaller.
Why?

One of my kakis in college knows Rose, Be and Nesaraj
because he went to Seri Suria too.

Incidentally, I carpooled with him today and he introduced me
to a gal he fetches from my class, whom by the way,
I met once when I took my P license,
and guess what?

She knows Rose and Be because she ALSO studied in Seri Suria!

And if that wasn't zany enough...

Ling knows Carmen Chin, who's one of my oldest friends!
I find it quite odd because Carmen's 2 years younger that us,
and I see nothing that they could share in common...

Oh well, it just goes to show that this world isn't so big after all.

My seemingly medium-sized circle of friends
apparently have loops around each other,
and I'm in the middle of it

^^

Apologies

I'm really sorry for all of you for not updating my novel in like...
Forever?

But college has been really hectic, y'know, and I just can't find much free time.

It's ironic, really, as I had so much bleeding free time in the past 5 months...
Maybe this is God's way of catching up to me on things?

Gah...anyway, I'll try and start soon.
I can't make any promises though.

Women's Rights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m

This a notification my friend from the 10th KL Air Scouts forum has posted up.

I am not sure of the reliability of this law, but it is something we should all be rather safe than be sorry about.

Women's Rights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
I was talking with a lawyer friend of mine.
We were discussing the law and women's rights.

She told me about this incident
- a young girl was raped by a man posing as a plain clothes officer; he asked her to come to the police station when she and her male friend didn't have a driver's license to show. He sent the boy off to get his license and asked the girl to accompany him to the police station.

Took her instead to an isolated area where the horrendous crime was committed.

In fact, the law clearly states that between 6 pm and 6 am, a woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an arrest warrant has been issued against her...

It is a procedural issue that a woman can be arrested between 6 pm and 6 am, ONLY if she is arrested by a woman officer and taken to an ALL WOMEN police station.
And if she is arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was on duty at the time of arrest.

It is good for us to know our rights. To what extent it comes of use remains to be seen in any situation. But as they say, knowledge is power. Just thought I'd share this with you. I did not know this and am sure lot of us will not know this- please be informed..... And pass on this info to whom all you know.......

Nesaraj a/l Jeyaraj

Attention.

To anyone who knows Nesaraj a/l Jeyaraj, I have important news.

A few days ago, he met with an accident that resulted in the loss of his left arm.

I almost cried when I heard about it from Rose, no kidding.

I still have no info as to which hospital he is admitted in,
but I will try to update ASAP.

My mum said this served as a reminder to all of us.

Please drive carefully, all of you.

I don't want to end up losing a friend to something like this.

We have our whole lives ahead of us. Please take care of it.

You know I care for you all.

So please, drive safe.

Thank you Rose for notifying me of this.

Counting the Time

Yesterday was the 2nd day of college.
Okay, it wasn't that tough, but Finished Art was a little...unfinished.

But on the plus side, I got to bond some more with my new college mates.
Yes, I made a few friends in 2 days. Unbelievable, right~?
Even Ken and Sari said the same thing.

So here's a small list of who they are:

Shaz -The 6-foot-4-inch wonder, who's more Chinese that Malay. He speaks Cantonese well, so yeah =) He can draw with a pen! With almost no mistakes!

Chee Kong -Sociable guy, observant, organized, but he wanted to sleep in History of Art =)

Dorcas -A 5-foot gal (her dad's a sportsman and so is she XD) who's good, funny, likeable and sweet!

Lex -Our oldest classmate (27!!) who finished his degree in LAW, and then funded enough to put himself through the 3-year course at TOA. Why? Because he wanted to.

We talked and had fun over lunch, including a little mentions of leeches and Happy Tree Friends.
>_< style="font-style: italic;">like Megan Fox lah~
If she did, woah...
But she was cute enough.

Anyway, his buddies also asked him
"So where's this Megan Fox lookalike?"

I was like
"You told them?"

"There, Sari lah." was his reply.

She merely glared at him.

The one of the lecturers walked by to say hi to them (must be an old lecturer of theirs) and asked what they wewre doing.

"We're waiting for a girl that looks like Megan Fox."

Gah! I just told Ken that on MSN as a fleeting mention. Fleeting!!

Then another friend of theirs walked by and asked them
"What you doing?"

"Waiting for a girl that looks like Megan Fox."

Aiyoh! I couldn't tahan lar!
But honestly, it was funny. And I appreciated the humor of it all.

So since my mum was stuck in Damansara and couldn't pick me up, I decided to hang out with Ken and Sari for the rest of the day.

I was afraid that I'd be a 'lightbulb' and all but truth was, I wasn't, I think.
Those 2 are so nice.

We hung out in Sunway Pyramid so Ken could buy himself a futsal ball.
I tell you, they are the funniest couple ever.

"Take the blue ball, it's only RM20."

"I want the white one."

"But it's 20 bucks more!"

"...But this blue one's not so nice. This one's white."

It's never a dull moment with them lar, that much is certain.

So we went off to find the nearest futsal court, which was in a housing area not far off.

When we saw so many people inside playing, he said
"Wait for them to clear off. The Muslim evening prayer's coming soon."

We waited at the adjoining playground for a good 20 minutes or so for the others inside it to clear off, even after I finished hearing the echos of the nearby surau at about 10 minutes in?

Yeah, that's them sitting at the see-saw with me, watching and wating for them to clear off.

So when this Indian gal walked by with a pet dog, Sari fell into a pool of utter aww-ness.

"Aww...so cute!"

Yes, she likes cute animals.

So after a few minutes of persuading, she dragged Ken to go see that small doggie. I followed, since I like small furry creatures too.

The dog wasn't alone. That Indian gal had 2 more pets with her.

Oh yes.
Wabbits.

Omigosh, they were so cute~~~!

Barely 2 months old, they were so small that I could hold one in each hand!

They were...like...cute, little balls..of utter furry cuteness!

The dog is some kinda mix between a terrier and a shih-tzu, according to Ken & Sari.
It's cute lah, but I don't wanna even know how you cross-breed a terrier and a shih-tzu....

So when the other guys left the futsal court (finally!) me and Ken decided to play a little futsal. Duh.

This fella is a football pro, okay?
He's thin, lanky, and dribbles as if he came from Fifa Street.
Oh, and he's an MU supporter.
Every football fan in my family, extended or other wise, is an MU fan =)

If you're wondering what's that thing on his t-shirt, it's The Joker from the Dark Knight.
He loves The Joker from that movie. Seriously.

Honestly...I kinda sucked at ball control...

Why?

First, this was the first time I kicked a football in 7 months.
Seroiusly.
My last PJK class was in October last year, so yeah.

Anyway, after that we headed to Subang Parade for McDonalds.
Sari kept reading out the nutrional values sateted on the paper mats on the trays ^^
And they were quite surprised when I asked for refills on my Coke.

Apparently still not many Malaysians know about this...
It's like, the best news I ever heard when
I found out I could refill my drinks for free at McD.
Seriously!

So in the end we went back, and I had to delay blogging this out yesterday to help my brother settle the last 11 pages of his maths homework.

Yes people, 11, of the total 22 pages he was given to do in just 2 days.
His teacher is whack, seriously.

So yeah, that's about it.

I'm currently loving Wednesdays 'cause that's my day-off from classes.
Honestly, I just wished they gave us Saturdays off instead.
I wouldsn't mind having classes on Wednesdays.

Oh, and if you were wondering...

.
.
.

Yes folks, in the end he bought the blue ball =)

Furry Love

I know most of you may not like cats, but these pics are here to tell you otherwise.

Sari, these are for you too ^^

I know, cute, right?

Aww....

He's fun-sized!

Now don't tell me you don't think this is cute.

Gah!
Too cute for this post!!

I just love kittens. Don't you?

Ling, Trish, if you see these cats,
please squeal out on my CBox about how cute they are, 'kay?

Sari, you can jump in too.

(Insert raucous laughter here )

Reflections

Now this would cost me a pretty penny if I made my Vios into this....

I couldn't resist...this had to be taken.

The back of my Ferrari Fiorano.
Seriously.

Eric wanted to take some sneak-shots, so I decided to play follow-the-leader.

It's been said that those who can make a knot with a cherry stem
using only their mouths are very good kissers.

Care to find out if that's true, ladies?

Friday, May 8, 2009

Here's some pics Eric took when we and the others were in Krispy Kreme yesterday.
Okay, I don't camwhore much, so yeah, you'll never see pics like these much.

"Give it back!!!"
Terry really loves his Glazies.

Fathoms

Yesterday was rather hectic.

Once again I had to wake up early to catch a ride with my folks and my brother
so I could get to Terry's place.
See, he's my ride to Times Square for a gathering with some of the guys
and for the 2nd day of Induction at TOA.

Jason, Wei Yei, Terry and I decided to meet up for a 'last-time' gathering of somewhat
because we're all starting college or Form 6 soon, and thus cutting off most of our free time.

We met them at McDonald's, with Lucas and Nigel too, as an added bonus,
and Eric Leong joined us not long after.

Actually this entire thing was organized by Jian Liang(Sensei) but he never showed up.
The ironic part was that before me & Terry went to Times Square, we
made a detour to MBS for awhile and spoke to Sensei there!

Fast forward, we ended up going to Krispy Kreme to see what the hype was all about.
We bought a dozen if the glazed ones, and I found it to be quite good.
Nevertheless, it was too sweet to be taken without a drink.

After that we spent some more time walking around before crashing at Subway for lunch.
It was almost twice the amount of the McValue meals, but it was a nice, for one thing.

After that, Terry and I decided to leave because we were
supposed to reach TOA by 2 for the Induction, and got there by the NPE highway.

Allow me to stress how freaking expensive that toll is.
RM3.20 for a one-way journey, 6.40 for a two-way back after we're going back.

Anyway, half the Induction was spent without the privellage of air-conditioning
due to an electrical glitch with TNB.

After that was all over and done with, we got a tour of the campus.
See, TOA may look small, but it consists of several other blocks that holds the other classes.
(Mental note to self: Always bring a handkerchief...)

I need to be thankful to God because eventhough Terry's in the late batch of intakes,
he'll be in the same class as me once he starts, so our schedules are more-or-less lined up,
thus not jeapordizing our carpool plans.

I noticed that there are several girls in my class
that have a tendency to avert my attention every once in awhile,
but I'm not keen on chasing them like those other hormonal steroetypes...

I have to be honest with you guys.
I'd be happy if I have a girlfriend,
but I'm not desperate.
I know that studies will have to come first, so I can wait.

But asides from that,
I can't help but wonder how it feels like to actually hold a girl in my arms,
to care for her, to love her, to protect her...
I know it's just my hormones kicking in again,
and I've been a lovesick romantic since I was in kindergarten...
but hey, if they can wait, then so can I.

Trisha made a good point in one of her posts.
She said that she'll be an independant girl,
who doesn't need a boyfriend or husband to support her
like how the previous generations played it out.

I respect girls like that.
Girls that know that they are strong, independant, and can hold thier own ground.

I only know 3 so far that are these kind of girls.
Want me to list them out?
Fine.

Rose.
Trisha.
Ling.

These 3 girls have my utmost respect,
because I know that they will be succesful in life.

Some guys prefer the type that fawns over them or need them for protection.
No, I'm not one of them.

If the girl I like is better than me, or more independant,
it doesn't matter.
I'll back her up instead. I don't mind being under her shadow.
I'm a giver more than a taker, people.

Okay, I think I'm done with my rant.
It's honestly been awhile since I last did one.

I may sound wierd, I know,
but it's something I need to let out.

On a last note, I'd like to wish all my friends who are entering Form 6
"Good luck, and all the best. Enjoy the last 2 years of your lives that you have to wear those tacky school uniforms."

It's a lame comment, I know.

=)

Chapter 12 is now out, folks.

Enjoy!

Feats

To those of you who don't know how a Vortege' is supposed to look like,
here it is
^^

Mind, I've posted this drawing ages ago for those of you who didn't know.

Oh, and I have another pic that may surprise you.

Yes, she's created by me
in a 3D program that I will not name

because it is of...uhh...different...genres.

See, that program allows me to change her appearance,
such as height, hair style, eye color, skin tone, measurements...

Seriously. I'm not kidding you.
I can give you further models in you want. Just ask ^^

Anyway, I'm quite excited because tomorrow's
the Orientation Day in The One Academy.

Wee~

But Terry/Yip Lam's driving....
*gulp*

Where to Draw The Line

Chapter 11 is now out, guys.

I apologize if it's not what you'd expect,
I'm just suffering from some writer's block.

Sunday, May 3, 2009

Here's another drawing I finished coloring.

Once again it's not my original drawing.

The lineart (black-and-white outline) is by sashO of Devaintart.

Puberty

Wonder why is it so crucial?

Simple, a typical 6 year-old would say "Gross!" to a pic of a hot or cute girl.

A few years down the road and that same boy
would definitely be drooling over these babes.

Kasumi from the Dead or Alive series

Tifa from Final Fantasy 7.
I'll only say this once. Cloud, you are one lucky guy...

Oh man...I only wish I was the one who could draw that good...
Well, I'm halfway there. Just need a lil' more tweaking ^^

No, I only edited these pics out because
the original artist made the lips so poofy
that Angelina Jolie's luscious lips would look like slits...

Oh, and the artist's name in Deviantart is called
naughty-kittykitty...

Figures, doesn't it?

Just thought I'd add this in for fun ^^

Succession

Okay, I've finished something I've been meaning to do for a long time now.

Now this drawing is 100% mine.
Yes, I drew her from scratch,
touched her up(no pun intended)
and colored her.

For those who read my novel (who hasn't?) you may recognize her as Leon's sister, Koharu.

For those of you who don't know why she has a pair of ears on her head like that,
she's a kitsune, which Japanese for fox-girl.

Tell me what you guys think, ok?
