The Cold Steel I Wished For

Do you know what the feeling's like to be fine for
almost the entirety of the day, and one simple
thing comes to bring you down?

Sometimes I wonder if the continuity of this
crap is worth it all.

Things can be all right on the surface,
but what goes supposedly unheard is the very thing
that ticks me off.

Thank goodness not everyone's like you.

Clouds as Grey

Though I've improved slightly through the time,
I still feel my technique is painfully lacking if compared
to my other fellow peers.

I have to keep remembering the facts that there will
always be individuals that are better than us.

I do agree, and take it as a healthy challenge to try and catch up with them,
but they do seem to be so far ahead...

Still, I'll persevere, pushing myself forward
-even kicking my own arse a few times to get the point across-
but for now, I'll have to take things one at a time.
